    I use the 172mm hanger split 47/42.
The truck is the perfect combination between the M.spec and the Stream 7 and you have the positive freeride characteristics from the Vapor.
It is an allround truck which you can use in any kind of downhill skatboarding.

I’ve ridden Rogues, Don’t Trip, Buzzed and PNL, Vertex were the easiest trucks ever to dial. The first bushings I used worked perfectly and that’s never been the case with my other trucks.

The biggest thing I can appreciate about the Vertex is the massive pivot and pivot cup. It honestly creates the incredible stability and feel of the road. I’ve been on Rogues with a 43/30 split for the last year, even though I ran a 47/42 split with the Vertex it felt more stable then my Rogues.

The bushing seat is also brilliantly designed, its very open but has a little support for stepped bushing. So they create very clean lean and it’s beyond consistent. They feel the same at 10mph and 45mph. I haven’t taken them on any truly technical downhill runs, but the faster runs I did take felt great!

Overall, the trucks are brilliant. They look beautiful, they are light, strong and stable. I’m stoked to keep riding them and going faster on them!
